If you have never been audited: run the audit first — most journals fail index applications on things that take a week to fix and cost nothing. If your DOIs are already registered but links break or metadata is thin: start with the DOI census; broken DOIs are the fastest way to lose an index listing you already have. If you have no DOIs at all: DOI Doctor's backfile mode produces the registration sheets, and we can introduce you to a Crossref sponsor.
